In Roscoe, Colorado, a well-dressed group of men and women cluster on the tracks and the embankment near a stopped engine and its four cars. More men and women can be seen inside the last two cars, looking out the windows. The track here has been shored up, and is next to a mining site, with wooden supports and structures.
